Nothing generated reaches a learner unreviewed — drafts land in the same review state a human-authored draft does. The provider sits behind an adapter, so it can be swapped, self-hosted, or switched off entirely without touching a feature.

Mutations emit an event that lands in an audit log — who, what, when, and in which institute — with evidence exports for a review.
